Focused on what matters.

About Papilio.

Property management done right. Running your buildings like they are ours.

We believe property management is the backbone of the real estate industry.

We serve as the steward of assets by ensuring compliance and maintaining properties in excellent condition. Being able to trust that this fundamental role is in safe hands enables our clients to focus on their business objectives.

We have observed and seek to be different from an industry that unfortunately often contributes to stagnation. Allowing property management practices to become outdated, sometimes even non-functional, in meeting the evolving demands of modern investors.

Eric, a former property manager, experienced firsthand the challenges faced by established companies resistant to innovation and change. Later, as an asset manager, he witnessed the profound impact poor property management could have on the growth and performance of assets, portfolios, and funds.

These insights highlighted the urgent need for progress in the field, driving his commitment to reimagine property management for the modern era, and so Papilio was born. Book discovery call
